We’re wrapping things up at Digital Dealer 10 and its hard to believe its already over. Perhaps the sweltering Florida sun makes that happen, I just can’t be sure. The show has been great – we talked to some great dealers that are really keeping up and educating themselves on what’s new for digital in the industry and we’re able to sit in on a few sessions too. As for us, in addition to our custom dealer websites, we’re launching a fresh approach to traditional media and we’ve gotten excellent feedback from everyone we chatted with here. Taking a digital approach to traditional media we’re optimizing every part of a dealership’s marketing approach. Turning the tables on print and direct mail marketing and implementing text IDs and QR Codes we provide measurable ROI via analytics. Technology on the lot wasn’t forgotten in our optimizations either – window stickers come equipped with short, trackable URLs, text codes and QRs to let Sunday shoppers get all the information they need when you’re not available to answer questions. Knowledge is power and these days, the faster you can get that knowledge to your customers the better. We’re looking forward to a great few months in between shows and can’t wait to head back to Vegas for Digital Dealer 11.
