The Dealer HD Seamless Switch Guarantee is for new sign ups only. The guarantee will be fulfilled if any of the following conditions occur: Dealer HD misses any written deadline by more than 3 days, Dealer HD site does not go live on the confirmed date due to Dealer HD related issues, your inventory is not accessible within 3 days of our written working proof date due to a DHD issue, there is a technical glitch resulting in downtime or missing vehicles during the first 15 days of service with us. You will receive: a 90 day credit that takes effect after 6 months of continued hosting with DHD. This credit is good for your current package and option level. New or upgraded features can still be added on for regular pricing during this time period.
